ISO & Quality Standards

Adjustamatic products have been designed and manufactured in our own factory in North Wales for over 50 years. We are proud of our manufacturing pedigree and a major factor in defining our quality product comes not only from the superior craftsmanship but from a dedication to exceeding quality expectations. As well as meeting EEC directives and holding the CE mark for Class 2a medical device classification we also adhere to ISO Standards, although voluntary for Adjustable Bed and Riser Recliner Chair manufacturers

ISO (International Organisation for Standardisation) Standards have been in place since 1947 and are put in place to represent requirement for a comprehensive management system for design and manufacture of medical devices. The standards provide guidance and tools for companies and organisations who want to ensure products and services consistently meet customer requirements and that quality is consistently improved

We undergo an annual audit to ensure we continue to meet the required standards and have done since 1999. Current ISO standards we adhere to are ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 13485:2012

ISO Standards are not however compulsory and so when looking to invest in any form of mobility product always remember to check manufacturing quality standards to ensure your peace of mind

At Adjustamatic we are proud to adhere to respected industry standards ensuring that we deliver only the very best in quality to our customers

Delux pad and hand unit Geoff gave an excellent demonstration of the therapy, was not pushy but very thorough. I have benefited from the therapy and will certainly continue my daily therapy routine.

Blenheim Therapy Riser Recliner I went on a short trip to Europe where I was unable to use the therapy chair… I really noticed the difference of not using it. Glad to return home so I can use it again. Excellent investment.

Elite Therapy Bed My whole body feels lighter and I can move quicker when walking. Climbing the stairs takes much less effort and I find that bending to pick up things is much easier. I have been able to walk 300 metres without crutches, that’s the first time in 10 years.

Super Delux Therapy Pad I can now go up and down stairs without using the rail (haven’t been able to do that in years). I use the therapy on my knees, back and legs every day. Money well spent.
